A yoga teacher with two personalities

After years of personal practice, I flew to India in 2023 to become a certified yoga teacher and deepen my relationship with my own body. Off the mat, I'm equally at home on a dance floor, raving, dancing for hours, and losing myself in the music.

Ecstatic dance and intuitive movement have become essential to how I take care of my body, prevent injury, and stay connected to myself. Two worlds that look different from the outside but feel exactly the same from within.

This yoga flow is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

It's an invitation to listen to your body, explore what feels good, and move at your own pace. It's preparation for opening up the body, releasing tension, and creating space so that when the music starts, you already feel free.
